At JJ Malibu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and swimwear must have all original tags and liners intact to be eligible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
